Read Anderson Release Alerts

KDOC’s VINE FAQ warns that one person can have a local-jail record and a DOC record. Register on both when both are valid matches. Save Anderson Release Evidence
Dynamic screens can change after a transfer, correction, or later update. Save the date checked, source URL, exact displayed status, facility, and stable identifier. Do not rely on a copied name without the DOC, PID, booking, or case number that connects it to the right person.
When sources disagree, compare the event timestamps and custody scopes. A projected date is not an actual release. A parole hearing is not release. “Released To Other Agency” is a transfer clue, not proof of unrestricted community release. The signed order or agency release sheet resolves an ambiguity better than a stale screen capture.
Respect a later sealing or expungement order. A prior alert does not override lawful limits on access to the underlying court or agency record.
No Anderson VINELink Result
A missing search result does not establish release. The name may be misspelled, the person may be listed under an alias, the reporting agency may differ, or the update may not yet be available. A short Anderson County jail episode also may not produce a KDOC record. Search again with fewer terms and a stable identifier.
Check the FCRJ current roster only to determine whether a matching person is currently listed. The reverse inference fails.
